Position: Young PhD Researcher Program
The available position is intended for the selection of PhD holders who will perform duties within the scope of the project “Single Atoms Supported on Nitrogen-Doped Carbons: A New Platform for Single Atom Catalysis.” The candidate is expected not only to provide technical support but also to take an active and intellectual role in various aspects of the research project, as well as to contribute as a collaborator in other projects where their involvement is substantial and relevant. The selected professional will be integrated into interdisciplinary studies focused on advancing knowledge in catalysis research, with a specific emphasis on the methane oxidation reaction.

Proven record of academic publications;

Ability to work within a collaborative network involving multiple related projects.
Desirable qualifications:

Experience in conducting research projects;

Experience and interest in learning characterization techniques such as XRD, TEM, FTIR, Raman, UV-Vis, and Fluorescence, as well as techniques related to the quantification of liquid and gaseous products, including GC-FID, GC-TCD, GC-MS, GC-BID, and NMR;

Knowledge of English.
Benefits:

Monthly scholarship of R$ 12,500.00 for up to 12 months.
